Get started in minutes. Create your account, join teams, organize events, and find pickup games in your area.

Create Your Account
Download the app and set up your profile
- Download the app from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store
- Tap "Sign Up" and enter your email address and create a password
- Complete your profile with your name and phone number
- Enable notifications so you don't miss event invitations

Join or Create a Roster
Connect with your team or start your own
Joining an Existing Roster
- Get the roster code from your team manager (6-character code)
- Tap "Join Roster" on your home screen
- Enter the roster code and tap "Join"
- You'll now see team events and can chat with teammates
Creating Your Own Roster
- Tap "Create Roster" from your home screen
- Choose roster type: Team Roster or Pickup Roster
- Add details: Name, sport, and description
- Share your roster code with people you want to invite
- Manage members by assigning roles and ranks

Create an Event
Organize games, practices, or tournaments
- Tap "Create Event" from your roster or home screen
- Choose whether to make it public: public events are discoverable by anyone
- Add event details: name, description, date, time, sport, max players
- Set the location: search for venues or enter a custom address
- Choose contact info settings: show/hide your contact info to attendees
- Publish the event and start inviting players
Private Events
Best for team practices and roster-only games
- • Only visible to your roster members
- • Invite entire roster or specific players
- • Great for team practices and league games
Public Events
Perfect for pickup games and meeting new players
- • Discoverable by players in your area
- • Anyone can request to join
- • Ideal for pickup games and casual play

Invite Players
Get your teammates to join your events
Inviting from Your Roster
- Open your event and go to "Send Invitations"
- Choose a roster:
- Team Roster: invite all, use tag-based distribution, or send by ranked list
- Pickup Roster: invite all players based on ranked list
- Send invitations — players receive push notifications
Manual Invites
For players not on the app yet
- Tap "Share Invite" on your event
- Choose text message, email, or social media
- Send the invitation link to players
- They can respond via web without the app
Auto-Progression
Never worry about finding enough players
- • When someone declines, the next person is automatically invited
- • Set your event to unlimited or specific player limits
- • Track responses in real-time
Find Pickup Games
Discover games and events in your area
Don't have a roster yet? No problem! Use Sportal to find pickup games and events that other people have organized in your area.
- Tap "Explore" from the dashboard tab
- Set your preferences: distance radius (1-25 miles) and sport type
- Browse available games — see location, time, and player count
- Tap on an event to see details and join instantly
